Tree Kits - Per person Workshop

We have done school talks, garden club talks and many types of conferences.
This is the workshop concept that we have for schools. We arrive with heaps of soil or growing medium, a lot of growing bags and thousands of seeds. The Children receive a lesson on trees, and how to quickly identify them. The learners then fill their own black bag with manure. They choose one of the indigenous trees. The learner will then plant the seeds and finally the child will give their tree a name.
This is called TREE Kits. These will hopefully stay on the school ground for the entire nurturing period. After these trees are a year old. The school will then plant the trees. Everything else is simple to understand. It’s a whole bunch of fun. Especially when the children get their hands dirty!
